As the Organization’s highest decision-making body, the General Assembly will deliberate on important issues, including the election of the next President and Co-President cities (2026–2027), and the selection of the host cities for the 13th General Assembly (2027) and the 11th TPO Forum (2028). All member cities are required to attend and participate in this important session.
The Executive Committee members convene to deliberate on key issues related to the operation of the Organization, including budget plans, joint projects, and the admission of new members. The outcomes of these discussions will be submitted to the General Assembly for final approval. During this session, the next Executive Committee for the upcoming term will also be nominated.
High-level delegates, including mayoral-level representatives from TPO members as well as invited dignitaries from the host will gather for a closed-door conference. The round table meeting offers a strategic dialogue platform for leaders to share insights on key urban tourism issues, their city-level priorities, and innovative practices.
